Step to Step Thunderbird Main Client to Access Your Mailbox

Assumptions: Username (Email): myname@mydomain.com.my
Password: mySecret |

You should replace your email address and password while setting up your mailbox.

| In Home menu, click Email |
|
|
|
|
|
| In “Welcome to Thunderbird”, enter your email address and click Skip this and use my existing email |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| In “Mail Account Setup”, Enter Your name, Email address, Password, click continue. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Change “Incoming” to POP3, enter Incoming Server Hostname, Outgoing Server Hostname, and change outgoing port to 587
